We are excited to answer any questions you have regarding Wyoming CommuniCare's prcing structure and all of its possibilities.
How does organization invoicing work?
- Done at start of user onboarding and annually thereafter.
- New users added to the system beyond those included in the initial pricing will be invoiced on a prorated basis for the remainder of the year.
- Organizations can be billed on a monthly subscription basis, if given a minimum year commitment as stated in contract.

How does client invoicing work?
- Can be done monthly or quarterly, at the request of the partnering organization, to account for prior client intake numbers.
- Number of users will be accounted for at the initial onboarding of users, and charged annually thereafter.
- New users added to the system beyond those paid for at initial user onboarding will be included in the following invoice on a prorated basis for the remainder of the year.

I am currently on the free plan and would like a custom form and custom report. What solutions are available to me?
Custom forms and custom reports are not included in the free plan. However, organizations on the free plan will soon have the option to request a custom quote for these custom items. We are currently working on building a pricing structure that allows free plan users to get tailored solutions based on their specific needs. This ensures you only pay for the custom work you require without upgrading to a full plan immediately.
When will my custom form and report included in the plan we purchased be developed and delivered?
Custom forms and reports are part of the premium deliverables in your plan, but these items can only be developed after you complete your 90-day trial period in the live system. This approach ensures that your organization has fully validated the system as a solution in your work flow before we invest time in custom work. It helps prevent unnecessary effort for our IT team on custom work that may not ultimately be needed.
