Rachel Sullivan was raised in rural Wyoming. She spent time in her teens training her dog and rabbits for 4-H fairs. Rachel enjoys snow skiing, hiking, biking, and camping in Wyoming’s many mountain ranges. She is even in the process of learning to become an angler.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Black Hills State University. She has extensive experience in the field of Case Manager focusing on client-centered care. Rachel is committed to helping others overcome barriers and hurdles experienced during life.
Rachel’s history includes case management with those in the correctional setting, tough family situations, and individuals facing unique challenges. She enjoys helping others learn to be resilient in the face of adversity and encouraging them to focus on daily choices, which are opportunities for growth and achievement of their longstanding goals.

The Wyoming 211 is a platform connecting referrals from multiple interlinking agencies that assist helping individuals, to obtain the resources they need to change their life.
