How to Search Using the Client Registry

1.) Go to the Client Search & Services Global Menu at the top of the screen and select Client Registry.

2.) Enter the client’s last name and date of birth, or the client’s last name and phone/email, or their Wyoming CommuniCare ID and press the Go button.

3.) If a Client Profile exists in the Client Registry, the name will display in Potential Matches. If no Client Profile exists, press See More Matches, if available. If a Client Profile exists, the name will be displayed in Potential Matches.
