This referral option is available when an agency is willing to receive basic client information. It’s a great alternative if your client prefers not to share detailed information but still wants to be directly connected with the agency providing the service needed. You can still close the referral loop using this method.

1.) From the client’s profile, navigate to the Resource Directory and search for the services the client needs.

2.) Navigate to the Resource Directory and search for the service the client needs. Once you find it, click the plus sign (+) under the agency name.

3.) Fill out the Referral form that appears to you after selecting “Make Express Hand Off”.

a. Choose the correct agency and select the appropriate services category. After you have selected your information, you will leave a detailed note to send with the referral to the agency.

b. After filling out all the information, hit send to submit the referral.
