The Resource Directory includes several tools to help make your search experience smooth and efficient. Here are some ways to navigate and use the directory:
1.) When viewing the Resource Directory, your region will be automatically populated in the search field. This ensures that you’re searching for services available in your home region. If you’re accessing the directory through a client profile, their region will be auto-populated instead. This helps prevent referrals to services that the client cannot access.
2.) Searching for services can be done in these ways:
a. Select One or More Categories
b. Use Your List of Favorites
c. Searching by Agency Name or Keywords
d. Searching by Agency Name or Keywords
3.) To see a list of all agencies in the system in alphabetical order, click the building icon located on the left-hand side of the screen.
4.) To view your full list of favorite agencies, click the heart icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

5.) After selecting a service category or using another search method, you can narrow your results using:
a. Subcatagories
b. County
c. City
d. Keywords


6.) Once you’ve entered all relevant information, click “Refine Search” to view a list of resources that best match your criteria.
